The Grand Hotel Savoia has been at the heart of the action in Cortina for over a century – a starting point for winter-sports adventures and summer holidays in the Dolomites. In Cortina itself, there is some of the best shopping in the Alps, and local crafts to browse, along with museums devoted to 20th-century Italian art and the region’s World War I history.
